Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join and lead our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Lead Responsibilities
- Support ongoing clinical training and competency of staff
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure all clinical services are delivered safely, consistently, and in accordance with established protocols
- Address performance concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and support team performance in sales and client engagement
- Assist in executing promotions and in-spa initiatives
- Ensure all team members follow established client experience standards
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for every client
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Support client retention and rebooking efforts
- Provide regular updates on performance, staffing, and operational needs
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding any concerns or opportunities
- Maintaining an upward growth in spa revenue and membership conversions
Team Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ health status and medical history.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV insertion and infection control measures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care, including behavioral health support.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of infection control practices and protocols.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to nursing best practices.
