MDRT is seeking a detail-oriented Professional Development Program Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Professional Development Department. This role collaborates with the MDRT Professional Development team, staff, and Program Development Committee members to support the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of initiatives across meetings, programs, committees, and departmental projects—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide Program Development Committee administrative support
- Prepare meeting materials and coordinate committee travel processes
- Manage travel for assigned committees
- Liaise with Meeting Services for in-person meetings (housing, AV, F&B)
- Coordinate with Accounting for speaker and committee payments
- Execute member speaker contracts
- Manage speaker ethics and ExCom approvals
- Oversee preparation and shipment of meeting materials (including international)
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Customer-service mindset with high attention to detail
The position is required to be in our Park Ridge, IL office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
