Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnoses in accordance with DSM standards.
- Develop individualized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches (e.g., TF-CBT, EMDR, PSB-CBT, CPP etc.).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, outside agencies, and partner organizations to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and quality assurance activities.
- Support crisis intervention and advocacy for clients and families as needed.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist); license-eligible candidates considered.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families impacted by trauma and/or with problematic sexual behavior
- Training in evidence-based models is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility for evening hours, travel between sites, and occasional on-call responsibilities.
- Must meet required clearances (Act 33/34, Act 114, Act 31).
Pay: $54,350.00 - $60,000.00 per year
