Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment.
