American Traveler is seeking a PTA with 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience for a 13-week contract at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Woodbridge, VA.

Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting in Woodbridge, VA
-
Typical caseload of 12–14 patients per day, approximately 60 patients per week

Patient population includes orthopedic, personal injury, and workers' compensation cases
-
Uses RainTree EMR for documentation and charting
-
Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Fridays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No weekend shifts required

13-week contract

Current active PTA license required where applicable

Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA

Experience in outpatient orthopedics required

Experience with personal injury and workers' compensation cases required

New graduates will not be considered

Full support staff is available at every location, including front office staff and PT Aides/Techs to assist with patient flow

Orientation is provided by the Clinic Director a few days prior to the assignment start date and typically includes staff introductions, EMR orientation to RainTree, shadowing treatments, and seeing a limited number of patients

Day 2 of orientation is expected to be fully independent

All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration

Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years are required for consideration

A full 7-year work history with all gaps explained is required for consideration
