Travers and Associates is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Aviation Insurance Trainees. No license? No problem! We’ll provide all the tools, training, and support you need to get licensed and start your journey in this specialized and rewarding field.

Your Role
- Learn the fundamentals of aviation insurance, risk assessment, and client needs
- Assist licensed agents in preparing quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons
- Communicate with aircraft owners, aviation businesses, and aviation professionals
- Support the team with client outreach, account follow-ups, and renewals
- Study for and obtain your insurance license (with full support from us!)
- Transition into a licensed Aviation Insurance Agent
Who Should Apply?
- Aviation enthusiasts, recent grads, or career changers interested in insurance
- Strong communicators with a customer-first mindset
- Quick learners who enjoy solving problems and building relationships
- Individuals with sales, service, or administrative experience (not required, but a plus)
- Motivated, organized, and ready to grow
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
