About the Role:
The Company Support Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across a multi-unit region of company-owned tax offices. This role combines strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on execution to support field operations, optimize real estate and field technology infrastructure, and deliver a consistent, high-quality client and associate experience. Provide strategic leadership and coaching to District Operations Coordinators (DOCs), including bi-weekly team calls, individual development plans (IDPs), and performance expectations

Plan and execute labor and budget strategies in alignment with regional goals

Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding and training programs for new DOCs

Conduct regular field visits with DOCs, DGMs, RDs, and MVPs to assess operations and support local execution

Maintain strong communication with Regional Directors through weekly 1:1s and regional calls to align on business needs and provide operational support

Serve as a key escalation point for field and support teams, resolving issues related to operations, facilities, and field technology

Oversee hiring and facilities processes, including contingent workforce (CW) approvals for HVAC, signage, lease concerns, and other infrastructure needs

Lead real estate optimization efforts, including square footage reductions, office consolidations, lease renewals, and acquisition/buy-back strategies

Coordinate office upgrade, refresh, relocation, and renovation projects in partnership with DGMs, DOCs, and LFSTs

Manage and execute company-wide initiatives such as Military outreach, Office Realignment, and Office Readiness

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners (e.g., PRC, Sourcing, Workforce Planning) to support process and program planning
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience

Ability to work independently or on a team

Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and detail-oriented abilities to meet established work output timelines

Experience using Microsoft Office tools

8 years minimum related work experience

Multi-task management skills, ability to lead change and influence others
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT infrastructure, creation/provision of technical training, knowledge of architecture and operation of HRB Tax Operations application suite

Knowledge of H&R Block US Retail organization, systems, and processes

Project Management and financial skills

Pay Range Information: The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k) Plan), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, and the associate discount program; are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit. Pay Range: $80,800.00 - $129,300.00/Yr.
