As a Sales Associate, you’ll undergo training to effectively communicate the value of Frontier’s Fiber Internet and TV to our customers in person. The Sales Associate connects with customers in person, highlighting the speed, reliability, and value of switching to Frontier. Your sales approach will be clear and compelling, ensuring customers see the benefits of upgrading.
Core Functions of the Sales Associate
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers through in-person interactions and promoting Frontier’s connectivity packages to drive new subscriptions.
- Assist in identifying customer needs in person and recommend tailored Frontier fiber internet and TV solutions that enhance their home entertainment experience.
- Facilitate smooth in-person enrollment by guiding customers through the sign-up process during visits, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
- Highlight Frontier’s superior internet speed, reliability, and extensive TV channel lineup during direct customer engagement to encourage subscription uptake.
- Record customer preferences and feedback from face-to-face interactions to refine sales strategies and improve future enrollments.
