Clean and maintain all assigned work areas.
Provide assistance with the cleanliness and maintenance of the physical facility that will provide for a safe, clean, attractive, and habitable environment.
Manage facility maintenance supplies
Maintain overall cleanliness of school buildings, trash removal, sweeping, dusting, must be able to lift up 50lbs.
Set up substitute custodians as needed
Oversee/Supervise the rest of the custodial staff of the building
Preferred knowledge of WebControl software and Siemens lighting control Preferred experience/general knowledge of Kohler generator
37.5 hours per week with opportunities for overtime.

Pay: $25.51 - $28.31 per hour
