What You'll Do
- Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Assist with walking, transfers, and daily activities
- Watch for changes in resident health and report concerns
- Keep resident rooms and common areas safe and comfortable
- Follow care plans and safety procedures
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
- Help create a warm and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Caring and compassionate attitude
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
