Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our food truck operation, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious food items. This role requires a passion for food, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Manage/Cook using a flat top grill and fryers according to established standards
- Utilize POS systems to process orders and manage payments.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
- Operate and Drive Food Truck from home base to designated Event or Food truck event
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or a quick-service fast food restaurant is required.
- Previous experience cooking and prepping for a restaturant or quick-service restaurant preferred
- Previous Experience driving a big truck preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting is essential for success in this role.
