Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Marina Tractor Driver & Front Desk Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our marina grounds while providing exceptional customer service. In this energetic position, you will operate various landscaping equipment and tractors. Additionally, you'll serve as the friendly face at the front desk, assisting visitors, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties
- Safely operate marina tractors, and power tools to perform landscaping, lawn care, tree trimming, and general maintenance tasks
- Assist with landscape maintenance projects such as mowing and tree care
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, answering questions, and managing appointments or reservations
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and report any issues or safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating tractors, or similar machinery
- Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and tree trimming techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor at the front desk
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
