Located in the heart of Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, MoSa Spa is an award-winning, full-service spa dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare and beauty services in a relaxing, welcoming environment. We specialize in advanced treatments including HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and waxing. Our reputation is built on outstanding client care, high-quality services, and a team of passionate professionals.
We are currently seeking two licensed estheticians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience in both skincare and waxing, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences. We value professionals who are eager to continue learning and growing, and we provide training on our service protocols and advanced treatments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services, including HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, Brazilian waxing, and other face and body waxing services.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and analyses to create personalized treatment plans and home skincare recommendations.
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend appropriate retail products and additional services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and prepared in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a comfortable, professional, and welcoming experience for every client.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele by encouraging repeat visits through outstanding service and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Current New York State Esthetician License.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in both skincare treatments and full-body waxing.
- Strong knowledge of skincare, ingredients, treatment protocols, and product recommendations.
- Confidence performing waxing services using both soft and hard wax, including Brazilian waxing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate clients and build lasting relationships.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Thorough understanding of sanitation, sterilization, and infection control procedures.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
