We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to care for our patients at the nursing home. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications, performing routine tasks and helping older adults with their daily living needs. The successful candidate will be a dependable individual with strong interpersonal skills who is passionate about healthcare and providing compassionate care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of nursing duties.
- Monitor and assess patients for signs of physical or psychological distress.
- Recognize and respond to emergencies.
- Communicate with physicians, therapists, and other health care providers.
- Provide advice and education to patients, their families, and other caregivers.
- Assist physicians during procedures.
