American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of recent CT experience and ARRT-CT certification to work nights at a Level 2 trauma center.

CT Scan department at a Level 2 trauma center
-
Performs trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine CT exams
-
Utilizes Siemens CT scanners
-
Cares for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients from emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services
-
12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
-
36 guaranteed hours per week

No on-call requirements

Minimum of 2 years recent experience in CT

BLS certification required
-
ARRT-CT certification required
-
License required if applicable

Proficiency with trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine CT exams across all patient age groups

Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce diagnostic imaging for a wide range of patient populations

Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Does not accept candidates living within 50 miles of the facility

Returning perm staff applying as travelers must have a 2-year break in service

RTO must be requested prior to starting an assignment and cannot be requested after an offer is made
