Overview
We are seeking dynamic and energetic General Managers, Shift Leaders, and PERSON to lead our hospitality and food service operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision
- Oversee shift management to ensure smooth workflow, timely service, and high-quality customer interactions
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding food service and hospitality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes
- Manage cash handling processes using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately and securely
- Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff members
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry management, including casual dining, quick service restaurants, or fine dining environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking procedures, and food handling safety practices
- Expertise in POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) along with cash handling skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience supervising teams in fast-paced settings
- Skilled in staff training, development, and performance management
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food management practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
