We are an established and fast-growing Merchant Cash Advance firm looking for a driven, hands-on Chief Operating Officer to take the reins of our day-to-day operations and build the structure that powers our next stage of growth.
This is not a seat-warming role. You will own the engine room of the business — keeping every team aligned, accountable, and performing — while partnering directly with ownership to scale the company. If you're an operator who loves building systems, hitting numbers, and developing high-performing teams, this is an incredible situation for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Run the floor. Oversee daily operations across all teams — sales/ISO, underwriting, funding, collections, and administration — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Build the structure. Design and implement scalable processes, SOPs, and systems that create consistency and allow the business to grow without breaking.
- Own the numbers. Set, track, and hit company goals and KPIs. Hold teams accountable and create a culture of performance.
- Lead the ISO team. Recruit, manage, and develop our ISO and broker relationships — driving deal flow and strengthening partner channels.
- Drive analytics. Build reporting, dashboards, and analytics that turn data into decisions and surface clear pathways for growth.
- Partner with ownership. Report directly to the owners, contribute to strategy, and serve as the operational driver behind the company's expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience as a COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations, or similar — ideally within Merchant Cash Advance, alternative lending, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the MCA lifecycle: ISO/broker channels, underwriting, funding, syndication, and collections.
- A track record of building teams, processes, and systems that scale revenue.
- Sharp analytical skills — comfortable with CRMs, reporting tools, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- A natural leader who sets clear expectations, holds people accountable, and brings energy and accountability every day.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership of results.
