The role of a Reliability Technician, an essential position within our organization dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our systems and machinery. As a Reliability Technician, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the dependability and longevity of our equipment, minimizing downtimes, and maximizing productivity through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Reliability Technician, you will:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Perform predictive and preventive maintenance tasks
- Utilize diagnostic tools to assess equipment health
- Analyze failure modes and their impact on operations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop reliability improvement plans
- Document and report on equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Support root cause analysis investigations and corrective actions
- Monitor equipment performance using data analysis techniques
- Maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and tools
- Assist in the installation and testing of new equipment
- Participate in safety and risk assessment processes
- Train and mentor junior technicians and other staff
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies

- Are skilled problem solvers, able to quickly identify issues and make sound decisions for repairs and improvements
- Take ownership of tasks and continuously look for ways to improve processes and equipment reliability
- Are flexible and adaptable, comfortable working on night shifts (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and open to overtime as needed
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have a strong commitment to safety, following all procedures and ensuring a safe working environment
- Maintain a drug-free lifestyle and uphold the company’s commitment to a safe and productive workplace
Qualifications
- Certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Proficiency with diagnostic and predictive maintenance tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role within the relevant industry sector
- Associate degree or technical diploma in engineering technology, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or reliability engineering
- Proficiency in using maintenance and diagnostic tools
- Solid understanding of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Work Environment
This is a full-time, hourly position working day shift (6:00 am to 6:00 pm) or night shift (6:00pm to 6:00am)with the possibility of overtime. As a Reliability Technician, you’ll be expected to work independently and take the lead on projects while contributing to the overall success of the team.
