Zepole Supply Co. is a leading distributor of commercial foodservice equipment and supplies, serving restaurants, institutions, and foodservice operators throughout the Midwest. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support our new Minnesota location.
This position plays a key role in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify products and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming shipments.
- Load and prepare outbound deliveries and customer pickups.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Verify deliveries and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Inspect delivery vehicles and report maintenance concerns.
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
- Customer Service & Team Support
- Provide excellent customer service to customers at delivery locations and branch visitors.
- Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse personnel, and management.
- Assist with branch operations and special projects as needed.
- Support other operational functions to help ensure the success of the Minnesota location.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment, or delivery experience preferred.
- Recent delivery driving experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- CDL not required.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to climb stairs and work in a warehouse environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
