Set up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sauteing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Collect accurate inventory information to ensure food is in stock. Follows all sanitation rules and guidelines to ensure all food prep/cook surfaces are clean and safe.
We are in need of a dependable , reliable line cook (Filling 1 Position) ,with flexible hours and ability to work during our operating hours( 7 days a week with kitchen closing at 1:30am on the weekends)
