As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to introduce wireless solutions, answer questions, support account enrollments, and provide exceptional service throughout the customer experience. This is a full-time, in-person position that combines customer service, business development, account support, and relationship management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll spend your day building relationships with business customers while helping them understand available products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting directly with business customers to discuss wireless products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Assisting businesses with new account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account changes.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending solutions that best support their business goals.
- Answering questions regarding products, billing, service options, and account information.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and completing enrollment documentation.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide continued account support.
- Collaborating with fellow Customer Service Representatives and leadership to meet customer service and sales goals.
