Mimi’s Bridal at Town & Country: Receiving & Front Desk Operations
At Mimi’s Bridal, we believe finding the dress is more than a shopping trip — it’s a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Receiving & Front Desk Operations role.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both behind-the-scenes organization and customer interaction, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. This role is a blend of front desk hospitality, inventory coordination, operational support, and customer service.
As one of the first impressions of Mimi’s Bridal at Town & Country, you will help create an elevated, welcoming, and celebratory experience while also ensuring accuracy and organization behind the scenes.
Primary Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Receiving & Inventory Operations
- Receive, quality check, steam, tag, and organize incoming inventory and customer orders.
- Inspect gowns and accessories for accuracy, quality, sizing, and custom details.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient receiving area.
- Coordinate inventory organization, pricing updates, and tagging accuracy.
- Lead trunk shows, loaner gowns, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Help maintain supplies and operational organization throughout the store.
- Communicate weekly new arrivals to the team through organized email updates to ensure stylists remain informed and confident in current inventory.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Learn and utilize company systems for inventory, orders, appointments, and customer communication.
- Assist with payment plan processing and operational tasks.
- Support organization of binders, forms, size charts, and materials used by stylists and management.
- Help maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards.
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Serve as the first impression of Mimi’s Bridal at Town & Country, greeting customers and coordinating appointment flow.
- Answer phones, texts, voicemails, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and notes in our systems.
- Support appointment flow to ensure stylists and guests have a seamless experience.
- Assist with hospitality including beverages, upgraded appointments, and celebratory “yes” moments.
- Support stylists throughout appointments by resetting suites, returning gowns to the floor, lifting and organizing dresses, replenishing supplies, and helping maintain seamless appointment flow during busy weekends.
Appointment Support
This role will be trained to support select appointment types and customer interactions throughout the store. While this is not a bridal stylist position, team members in this role play an important part in creating a seamless and celebratory customer experience.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with Meet the Gown appointments, helping brides try on and take home their gown after arrival.
- Supporting menswear pickup appointments, ensuring proper fit and pickup of rental attire.
- Assisting with accessory appointments, helping customers shop veils, jewelry, and finishing touches.
- Supporting Little White Dress appointments for short bridal mini’s typically for rehearsal dinners, receptions, showers, and related events.
- Maintaining professionalism, confidence, and exceptional hospitality throughout every interaction.

Availability & Schedule
This is a full-time position. Weekends are mandatory, as Saturdays are our busiest sales days and Sundays are required on a rotating basis for appointments and events.
Hours of Operation
Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM (rotating schedule and special events)
