We are looking for smart, responsible, driven, and talented restaurant managers who have a passion for service, quality, teamwork, and cleanliness. We want great leaders who are inspired by food and are enthusiastic about providing outstanding experiences for our Pei Wei Asian Express guests. You will encourage teamwork and drive sales and profitability in your restaurant.
What you will do:
- Take a hands-on management approach with all team members in restaurant to drive the vision, brand, and direction of our Company
- Be accountable for all functional areas within your restaurant including full P&L, FOH/BOH Operations, Sales and Recruiting
- Set and uphold standards
- Motivate, coach, train and support restaurant team members on the service model, menu execution, systems, and program implementation
- Focus on problem solving and process improvement by leveraging restaurant resources
- Mall based food court
Requirements:
- 2 years of previous General Manager experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree a plus
- Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced environment

Working Conditions:
· Mall based food court
- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to twelve hours in length each shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift
- Must be able to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very-warm temperatures in the kitchen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
