Order Fulfillment Specialist – Immediate Hire! (Full-Time, Regular Hours)
Location: 640 W 1100 S, Ogden, Utah 84414 Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per Week Pay: Starting at $14 per hour, with room for growth Start Date: ASAP
Are you ready to be part of a growing, hands-on team that creates and ships fun, innovative toys? We're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to make sure every order that goes out the door is packed accurately, looks great, and ships on time.
This role is detail-heavy and fast-paced, but rewarding. You'll be part of a strong team culture that takes pride in getting every order just right.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Pack With Precision: Pick, pack, and prepare every order accurately so customers get exactly what they ordered.
- Follow Instructions: Execute tasks accurately to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Work Independently: Perform duties with minimal supervision while maintaining speed and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products and packaging closely before anything ships.
- Keep It Moving: Restock packing materials, keep your station organized, and handle light cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Feedback Implementation: Accept and use feedback to improve performance and consistency.
