Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks, including deep cleaning of carpets, windows, and hard surfaces as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas by regularly trash removal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist with custodial duties related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance teams.
- Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support other janitorial or porter responsibilities as required to ensure a hygienic environment.
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or equipment upkeep is a plus.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour
