This is a working Management position.
Bachelor's RN required, Masters level preferred.
Minimum 3 years of ER and Nursing Management experience required.
Responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the operations of the Department.
Responsibilities include the training/supervision of personnel, proper application of policies/procedures,
controlling cost effective operations and compliance with departmental policies/procedures and survey preparedness.
