Foster Care Caseworker (Full Time)
Location: Castle Rock, CO (some travel required within Colorado’s front range) Schedule: 40 hours per week | Some schedule flexibility; requires occasional evening/weekend availability

About the Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Foster Care Caseworker to join our team full time. This role is vital to our mission, offering direct support to foster families and children in care during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
The Foster Care Caseworker will provide trauma-informed case management while advocating for the best outcomes for each child. This position is ideal for a professional with a heart for service, strong emotional resilience, and a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
Provide case management for children in foster care, including regular in-home visits
Support and coach foster parents through training, communication, and encouragement
Collaborate with legal and social services professionals to ensure all decisions prioritize each child's best interests
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach events as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related social/behavioral science field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in foster care or child welfare preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Emotional resilience and commitment to trauma-informed care Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
