Wagner Electric is hiring a Multi Family Electrical Foreman
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Multi-Family Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical crews on multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Journeyman’s License, have strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, safety, and productivity on-site.
Qualifications:
- 2 years foreman experience w/ valid journeyman license
- Self Starter with a solid work ethic
- Produce quality work while maintaining Wagner standards
- Ability to manage crews and delegate task effectively
- Organizational and follow- through skills.
- Must have CLEAN drivers license
- Must adhere and live out Wagner Electric's core values.
Responsibilities:
- Uphold the core values of Wagner Electric
- Lead, work beside and supervise crews on multi-family electrical projects
- Coordinate daily work activities and ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to code
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans. Submit RFI's for clarifications.
- Manage material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics
- Adhere to project budget
- Ensure compliance with NEC, state, and local codes
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen electricians
- Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

Pay: $34.00 - $48.00 per hour
