We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive experience. Duties
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales volume.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations based on customer needs.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles.
- Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Skills
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of math concepts to analyze sales data effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
- Previous supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team.
