Tiffany Hepburn LLC is a premier eCommerce company in Orlando. We partner with global brands to manage high-volume sales across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to help us keep our operations running like clockwork.

The Schedule
We are looking for a dedicated team member for a 3-day work week (approximately 24 hours):
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- No nights, weekends only during December.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you are the backbone of our eCommerce department. You’ll be responsible for:
- Order Accuracy: Pulling items from the warehouse and double-checking orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Logistics: Packaging and processing orders for various carriers using our shipping software.
- Inventory Control: Receiving, verifying, and stocking incoming inventory to maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Catalog Creation and Maintenance: Assist in all aspects of adding new products to our online catalog for our customer
- Space Management: Keeping shipping stations stocked and processing areas ready for action.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience—we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using computers and Google Sheets.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation.
- Attention to Detail: You’re the type of person who double-checks everything.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Bonus Points (Not required, but helpful!):
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center.
- Familiarity with shipping software (like ShipStation, Veeqo, etc.).
