Job Description
Pay Range: $18.50 - $21.80 per hour
- Schedule production lines according to instruction by the Production Supervisors.
- Responsible for scheduling accordingly, inform supervisor of expected rates and or grades are not being met as scheduled, or make adjustments as instructed.
- Document downtime as it occurs on all production lines. Will be required to run histograms and various other reports as directed by management.
- Notify supervision of any alarms or notifications that the system gives when there are mechanical issues.
- Responsible for checking system performance and alert management if anomalies or expectation
- Set up daily schedule, adjust the schedule, and consistently check that all product rates are being met.
- Analyze data and run histograms.
- Record and document all downtime associated with the Foodmate lines.
- Run Reports at the end of the shift and distribute on a daily basis.
- Check the physical foodmate system and ensure that it is working properly.
- Correlate with Foodmate Machine Attendants to ensure that changes in product mix take place accordingly.
- Properly and promptly input data transactions into computer database.
- Maintain reports and production paperwork in an organized manner.
Qualifications
- Must be a High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must have good mechanical knowledge
- Must have good interpersonal skill
- Must have verbal, written and communications skills.
- Prior computer experience/data entry is preferred (OP/WMS)
- Knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Ability to create reports and translate data
- Must be Available to travel to attend training as required
