At Therma-Pro Mechanical, we have both: a residential and a commercial department. We perform installations on brand new homes for large builders and also perform maintenance, repairs and unit replacements on commercial accounts. We are growing both departments and looking for talented technicians to join our team. We provide ongoing training and technical support for our technicians to provide quality service for our customers.
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team of energetic and passionate professionals. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality of both residential and/or commercial HVAC systems by diagnosing problems, identifying solutions and performing preventative maintenance. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and enjoy working at a company that values its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Install, manage, and maintain HVAC systems for commercial buildings
- Must be organized and complete required paperwork in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate findings and job status to customers
- Experience with unit changeouts is a plus
- Follow safety procedures and requirements
Qualifications:
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma
- HVAC Diploma and/or Experience (Preferred)
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Compensation:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
