Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory control, and team management. As a key leader in our logistics team, you will coordinate material handling, process improvements, and safety compliance to optimize warehouse performance. Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order picking, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Assign daily tasks and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Lead and support warehouse employees while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and help resolve receiving, picking, and shipping discrepancies.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflow and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- At least one year of warehouse experience, including experience as a Warehouse Lead or in team management.
- Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks is preferred.
- Must have strong Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable, with reliable attendance.
- Ability to lift and move warehouse materials and perform physical warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
