How you'll make an impact in this role:
Drive enterprise-wide strategic growth by designing, facilitating, and guiding annual and long-range planning initiatives alongside Finance and Executive Leadership.
Serve as a trusted thought partner for market leaders to evaluate high-impact growth opportunities, optimize provider ecosystem alignment, and inform capital allocation.
Translate complex market dynamics and industry trends into actionable, forward-looking strategic plans that enhance performance across diverse Ministry Markets.
Synthesize cross-functional inputs from operations, finance, and system teams to align internal goals with external competitive realities and business transformation needs.
Monitor and measure strategic progress by supporting monthly market business reviews, ensuring initiatives translate directly into measurable organizational outcomes.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
What additional requirements you'll need:
Specialized experience in healthcare corporate strategy, healthcare strategy consulting, or healthcare finance within a large, complex health system or organization.
Demonstrated history of partnering directly with operational and financial teams to develop and deploy enterprise or market-level strategic initiatives.
Master’s degree preferred; minimum 10 years of overall strategic experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or management capacity.
