About the Position
Diecast Direct is looking for a motivated, creative team member to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that combines graphic design, digital marketing, photography, customer service, and general office responsibilities. No two days are the same, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of work and wants to learn new skills.
What You'll Do
- Create basic graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Design website banners, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital catalogs.
- Photograph diecast models and other collectibles for our website and marketing materials.
- Assist with product listings, data entry, and maintaining product information.
- Create and schedule email campaigns using Constant Contact.
- Help manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content and social media.
- Assist customers in our showroom and provide excellent customer service.
- Help process and organize collectible collections and inventory.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team on a variety of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is required. Familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, or other Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and digital marketing.
- Comfortable learning new software and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Photography experience is a plus but not required.
- Customer service or retail experience is beneficial.
