High-volume Plaintiff's Personal Injury Trial firm in Houston is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorneys to join its team! (IN-OFFICE POSITION, NOT REMOTE).
Please note this office is in The Woodlands / Spring area and it's "in office" so you should not apply if this commute is too far for you.
IDEAL CANDIDATES: Plaintiff's P.I. Attorneys with 5 + years experience in TX Personal Injury Law. We will consider candidates who only have Bodily Injury Defense experience as well. Will also consider P.I. attorneys with less than 5 years experience.
Should have experience in all phases of personal injury cases from inception (pre-lit), through litigation, trials, and settlements. Should have experience with client intake (evaluating whether to sign a case), medical record/bill comprehension, demand letters, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, court hearings, mediations, trial prep, trials, client communication and the entire settlement process.
