Unique Opportunity - Established independent neighborhood repair shop with solid customer base built through word of mouth.
4 Bay shop usually 4 people working, 2 full time techs, owner helping when needed, & manager. Monday through Friday=No Weekends
Looking to fill full time position for service manager with high degree of integrity.
This position requires excellent communication skills and ability to deal with varied personalities.
Good customer service is essential as you will be the point of contact with customers and vendors.
Critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities needed. Strong work ethic and ability to self motivate.
Scheduling, estimates, communicating with mechanics, parts ordering & locating, calling customers to sell work, light mechanical work ie oil changes, tires, lights etc.. shop & grounds maintenance, handling money. Open and closing of the business.
Some Automotive knowledge needed & some mechanical ability helpful but a smart person who desires to and can learn is welcome. Basic computer skills required, drivers license required
