Grill Cook – The Magic Food Bus at Relish Food Hall
Part-Time Position Available
The Magic Food Bus is hiring a reliable and experienced Grill Cook to join our team at Relish Food Hall. We’re known for our high-quality smash burgers and fast, friendly service in a busy, open-kitchen environment.
We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently on the grill, maintain a clean and organized station, and be a dependable part of our small, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cook and prepare menu items according to standard recipes and procedures
- Operate the grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate clearly and work closely with team members
- Provide friendly and respectful service when interacting with guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a grill cook or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen preferred but will train the right person with a great attitude
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Evening/Weekend availibility perferred
- Opportunity to work on our food truck is available for those interested
Schedule & Availability:
- Business hours:
- Sunday–Wednesday: 11 AM – 8:30PM
- Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 11 AM – 9:30 PM
- Shifts generally fall between 10 AM – 9/10:30 PM
- Part-time hours
