What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will lead and support manufacturing projects from concept through implementation while collaborating across engineering, production, quality, and operations teams.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of manufacturing and process improvement projects
- Supporting project planning, development, implementation, and execution activities
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure production goals, timelines, and quality standards are achieved
- Developing and improving standardized manufacturing processes and operational workflows
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, routers, and process instructions
- Troubleshooting manufacturing and process-related issues to improve efficiency and performance
- Designing and developing tooling solutions for new and existing production programs
- Evaluating new manufacturing methods, materials, and production technologies
- Supporting Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related engineering environments
- Background in aerospace, advanced manufacturing, product engineering, or value engineering preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with process development, tooling, and production optimization
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and production teams
Preferred Education
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Materials Engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Equivalent hands-on industry experience will also be considered

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
