Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Use knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client’s style.
- Offer additional beauty treatments like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
- Engage with clients through excellent communication skills to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, or beauty accessories to boost sales and enhance client experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and beauty treatments to deliver innovative services.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in nail technology required by state or local regulations.
- Proven experience in nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a salon environment.
- Familiarity with color theory, nail art techniques, and current beauty trends.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to perform detailed work efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
