Hours are during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM. This position will be to manage all aspects of bookkeeping within QuickBooks enterprise. This is a permanent full-time position.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy of monthly closing procedures, including cost allocations and routine journal entries

Comprise and review monthly financial statements for accuracy and research any material discrepancies prior to closing

Review and process vendor invoices and make payments in a timely manner via different payment methods.

Review and record payroll data, commissions, and expenses on a regular basis. Really just supporting the payroll processor they will not be actually processing the payroll.

Prepare and maintain monthly spreadsheets and reports.

Assist in preparation of monthly account reconciliations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting is strongly preferred, as well as any relevant certification.

Must have 1+ years' professional experience in QuickBooks.
