Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management.
- Supervise front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food delivery.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards to maintain quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Support staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
- Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive dining experience across casual dining, fine dining, or catering settings.
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles within the food service industry.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with a focus on team management, training & development, and staff interviewing.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management to support operational efficiency.
- Experience working in diverse settings such as quick service restaurants, casual dining, hotel restaurants, or banquet environments is preferred.

Pay: $70,612.43 - $72,361.20 per year
