At Agile Physical Therapy's employer-based clinics, you can focus on great care without barriers.
You'll provide one-on-one care with 60-minute evaluation and 45-min treatment appointments, with dedicated documentation time built into your schedule. No rushing between patients. No taking notes home. No handing patients off to aides.
Working onsite means fewer of the frustrations that come with traditional outpatient practice. There are no Medicare or Medi-Cal patients and no insurance authorization headaches.
Instead, you'll build lasting relationships with the employees you serve while working alongside an interdisciplinary onsite health team.
At Agile, our mission is simple: create great jobs for great physical therapists. We believe exceptional patient care starts with taking care of the people providing it.
Whether you're raising a family, training for a marathon, pursuing advanced certifications, or simply building a sustainable career, we want you to thrive both inside and outside the clinic.
