What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation throughout every shift.
- Work efficiently across multiple stations in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
- Assist with daily prep, inventory, and keeping the kitchen organized and service-ready.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and teammates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working as a line cook in a high-volume, upscale casual, or fine dining kitchen.
- Confidence with knife skills and fundamental cooking techniques, along with a desire to continue learning and growing.
- The ability to stay organized, focused, and composed during busy services.
- A team-first mindset with a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to support those around you.
- Pride in producing quality food while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and food safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
