Creekside Farm is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and friendly Farm Helping Hand to join our team! This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and helping wherever needed around the farm market and property. Weekends are a must—especially during our busy and exciting fall season, when the farm is buzzing with activities, fresh produce, and festive fun.
This role is ideal for someone who likes variety. One day you may be stocking shelves and setting up displays, while the next you're helping customers load purchases, moving products, taking tickets for activities, or assisting with seasonal events. No cash register experience is required, as this position does not involve operating the register.
You'll work alongside our team and receive daily direction from the Shift Lead, who will assign tasks and priorities throughout the day. Every day is a little different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of a fun, family-oriented farm atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks as assigned by the Shift Lead to help keep the farm market and grounds running smoothly.
- Set up, stock, and maintain indoor and outdoor merchandise displays following direction from the Shift Lead.
- Price, label, organize, and restock products throughout the farm market.
- Move merchandise, produce, flowers, and other products as needed.
- Assist customers by loading purchases into their vehicles.
- Help keep the farm market, outdoor displays, and grounds clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist with seasonal farm activities, attractions, and events.
- Take tickets and help direct guests during farm activities.
- Receive deliveries and help organize inventory.
- Perform occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned to support daily farm operations.

- Experience in retail, farming, landscaping, garden centers, warehouses, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
