The Program Director serves as the senior operational leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of Prodigy's House's recovery residence program. This role provides day-to-day operational leadership, service coordination, staff supervision and scheduling, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, facility operations, incident management, resident outcomes, and strategic planning.
Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.
- Ensure mission-driven service delivery.
- Oversee admissions and discharges.
- Monitor resident progress.
- Supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff.
- Conduct staff meetings.
- Maintain FARR and DCF readiness.
- Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality compliance, as applicable.
- Review incident reports and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Oversee quality assurance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor budgets.
- Approve purchases.
- Build community partnerships.
- Support workforce initiatives.
- Promote resident employment.
- Prepare operational reports.
- Manage emergencies and incident response.
- Lead continuous improvement and corrective action.
- Maintain ethical standards.
- Ensure resident safety.
- Audit documentation.
- Coordinate training.
- Support grant compliance, including applicable DCF, Managing Entity, SAMHSA, and FARR requirements.
- Maintain organizational culture.
- Evaluate KPIs.
- Develop succession plans.
- Represent Prodigy's House professionally.
- Collaborate with community agencies.
- Coordinate participant service delivery across residential, care coordination, peer support, group facilitation, and workforce services.
- Monitor program outcomes related to participant engagement, housing stability, and recovery support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in related field.
· Five years of leadership experience.
· Three years of supervisory experience.
· Satisfactory completion of applicable Level II Background Screening requirements.
· Valid Florida driver's license.
· CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master's degree.
· Recovery residence leadership experience.
· Grant management experience.
· Knowledge of FARR standards and Florida DCF expectations.

Florida DCF & FARR Compliance
Maintain compliance with applicable Florida laws, DCF and Managing Entity requirements, SAMHSA grant requirements, FARR standards, organizational policies, resident rights, documentation requirements, corrective action, and quality assurance expectations.

Protect resident information, maintain confidentiality, and comply with all applicable privacy requirements and organizational policies.

Physical Demands
Frequent standing, walking, computer use, travel between facilities, and ability to respond to emergencies.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
