About the RN Registered Nurse Role:

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Educate patients and families on care and treatment options
Communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
RN Registered Nurse Requirements:
Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
1 year of experience as an RN, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
