Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights, weekends, or on-call)
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join an integrated outpatient practice in Syracuse, NY. This role offers a structured weekday schedule, a manageable caseload of 6–8 patients per day, full clinical support staff, and a mission-driven environment focused on high-quality behavioral healthcare. You will work alongside primary care and psychiatric providers to deliver comprehensive mental health services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services to a diverse patient population.
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Formulate, implement, and track individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with primary care clinicians, psychiatric providers, and support staff in an integrated outpatient care model.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience providing individual, family, and group therapy.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills with a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 base salary plus incentives up to $10,000
