Vascular Access Director - Acute Care - Full Time Nashville, TN

- Would prefer Leader to reside in Nashville or potentially in a nearby East coast location such as Charleston.
- Prefer 2 yrs manager or director level experience managing teams of 15+.
- Will be managing leadership team that supervises RNs, supervisors and CNCs
- should have 2 yrs acute vascular or ICU experience to lead by example
- Prefer Vascular access CRNI or VABC cert
- Position schedule is Monday through Friday
- Team will be performing the following: planning, coordination, and provision of care for the patient while performing and monitoring the clinical insertion of a Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC), Midline Catheters, Peripheral IV Catheters, and other venous access devices inserted with and without the use of ultrasound guidance.
- Vascular access skills will be trained to a strong Critical care nurse and leader.
- Establish excellent rapport and working relationships with all customers, both internally and externally
- Ability to de-escalate and stay calm and collected under pressure.
- Salary determined based on experience. Relocation and sign on s also available with approval.
