Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care to a diverse patient population including adult Medicaid patients
Restorative and Surgical Treatments: Perform fillings, crowns, molar endodontics, extractions, removable prosthodontics, and other necessary treatments
Patient Education and Support: Educate patients on oral health best practices and treatment plans
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain detailed patient records and document treatment plans to ensure continuity of care
Team Collaboration: Work with a dedicated front office and support staff to create a seamless, patient-centered experience
Qualifications:
Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Licensure: Active and unrestricted West Virginia dental license or ability to obtain
Skillset: Proficiency in general dentistry procedures, restorative care, and patient education
Experience: Open to experienced dentists and new graduates seeking mentorship and ownership opportunities
